Had a lovely sized room with a private bathroom, air conditioner, iron/ironing board, and a work desk. Good location near San Francisco attractions, hotels, parks, and the Golden Gate Bridge. - Enjoyed spending time in the well-maintained garden for a good hour or two.

I was very pleased with my stay. The location was great as I was in town for a race near Chrissy Field/Golden Gate area. I felt very safe in this part of town and was able to walk back and forth to the waterfront. It is also close to Chestnut and Union street so there are pleanty of food options. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. They helped me book a shuttle to get back to the airport. The rooms were more than adequate for the price. If I ever go back to San Fransisco I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was so helpful and pleasant. The hotel is on Lombard but is very quiet. Great pubs, bistro right next door, and just a lively neighborhood. Nothing fancy but a terrific deal and location.
Towels are not terribly thick...but do the job

Quiet location near good restaurants.
The trade-off for the quiet location is remoteness from main attractions of the city. This is a very basic motel, not a destination accommodation.

The location is ideal for being in the city but away from the Union Square thing.Staff very friendly, public transport nearby, and lots of great walks!

The hotel is rather small, situated near beatiful parks and at walking distance of Golden Gate bridge view
The breakfast in the hotel is quite symbolical but the hotel is not expensive and it's no surprise

The room was excellent. The receptionist gladly helped us with an early check-in even if the room she reserved for us was not vacant yet. It is a very nice inexpensive motel, right next to Presidio park and Marina District. Many cheap eateries around. Wi-Fi speed was amazing. We were extremely satisfied, especially for the price we paid.
